The „Cellissimo“ Festival in Bulgaria is a unique event for cellists of all ages that provides the opportunity to work with renowned professors from around the globe in an inspiring environment. The sixth edition of the International Cello Festival and Academy „Cellissimo“ takes place in Sofia, Bulgaria. The festival features recitals and masterclasses with internationally acclaimed artists and teachers from renowned music schools and universities, including a gala concert of the active participants in the masterclasses.

Events take place in three different locations:

• The National Academy of Music, Sofia
• The National Music School, Sofia
• Vivacom Art Hall „Oborishte 5“, Sofia

The masterclasses are open to students from all Music schools and Academies across Bulgaria and the world.

Международният фестивал „Cellissimo” предоставя изключителната възможност на виолончелисти от всички възрастови групи да черпят опит и знание от някои от най-изтъкнатите международни имена във виолончеловото изкуство. Фестивалът включва камерни рецитали и майсторски класове, както и заключителен концерт с избрани участници от курсовете.

Събитията се провеждат в три пространства:

• НМА „Проф. Панчо Владигеров”, София
• НМУ „Любомир Пипков”, София
• Vivacom Арт Зала „Оборище 5”, София

Майсторските класове са отворени за ученици, студенти, както и професионални виолончелисти от страната и чужбина.
